How does it work?

We perform a physical test with an incremental protocol conducted by exercise physiologists and adjusted to your level.
We analyze and measure your oxygen consumption (VO₂) and carbon dioxide exhalation (VCO₂) levels with each breath. You can count on an initial medical history, an adequate warm-up, and a detailed explanation

     > Treadmill/cycle test with progressive increase
     > Determination of VT1, VT2, and VO₂max
